WARNING-EXTREMELY PISSED OFF.
FRAGILE MOOD- THREAD LIGHTLY

I dont like typing emo/moody/pissed off type of post.In fact this is my first time doing this, and will not be the last if the problem persist. In fact, be wary, cause if words does not knock some sense into you, then i'll let my fist do it!

Firstly and most importantly:

I'm so bloody frustrated at how our Leaders are always being overlooked. When they do something good that is worthy of praise, people turn a blind eye, or some go as low as to make use of the situation for self glory. But when they make an error, people would start highlighting the errors with all the vibrant colours of the rainbow (pun intended) so the whole world could see it.

How many times do we actually go up to them and ACTUALLY thank them. Not just your normal procedure of;

1)Receive
2)90% focus on the gift and 10% on appreciation
2)Brush them off with a quick thank you
3)Go your own way

Do we actually sit down and actually pay more attention on the "thank you" part, or spend more time admiring and showing off what u just received part??

Gosh! the frustration i'm having now is about to explode into multiple orgasm(I think i need to paraphrase this sentence).

How can someone just criticise Stanley, without first understanding the situation he's in? Fine!! i understand that you are upset that the outing was messed up. But then why do you have to complain and criticize stanley without offering any constructive advice, and then remain anonymous. It's like criticizing a blind man for crossing the road blindly and not offering your help! Like as if the blind man needed to be told his blind at all!!! The last thing the blind man needed was ur criticism, what he really needed was a hand to guide him across the road. And as if ur wild criticism wasnt bad enough, you chose to remain anonymous! WHAT A BLOODY DUCKING BASKET YOU ARE! If you dare to speak up, then you should also be brave enough to show urself. It doesnt take anything to speak up in the shadows, but it takes real courage to speak up openly and face the responsiblity of your words.Anyone can complain and sulk about the situation of their country, in an unknown kopi-tiam somewhere, but it takes a real man with courage to actually step up and make sure a change happens for the better! If you got the balls to complain, then, please i beg you, have the same balls to reveal urself and back up your words.

Phew!! anger finally subsided

Look! dont just receive and not give anything in return.
Dont just flame someone, and not offer constructive advice

At least, again i beg you, at least, try understanding Stanley's situation first!
It's really an admirable feat to be able to juggle between ministry, serving, members well-being,work, and family together.
We as the projz ministry do not function as separate cells, instead, we function as a whole body.
To fulfill our vision, it takes you, me and the whole team's effort. The last thing the team need is us biting at each other's necks.

I admit,I have my faults(very bad ones, mind you!) and still have some that is yet to be fixed .If people were to just complain and criticize me, i wouldnt change at all
even if i wanted to,because i wouldnt know how. It was people's feedbacks, patience, advices, discipline and consults, that taught me how to change. If it werent for them, i will still be with many faults( like a fridge that functions like a microwave).

To sum it all up,

"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?" How can you say to your brother,'let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you would see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
