In perth it was called Unagi in Taka,in Sydney it is called Unaju. The only difference is that people in Sydney are more generous with the portion of unagi/unaju compared to perth which is very stingy with their portion. :P

I'm surprised with the dim sum in Sydney. Not only is it really really authentic, not as oily, taste like heaven, bigger portion, clean big neat with good view , better customer service... but it is also cheaper than most if not all of Perth's dim-sum restaurant.I would love to come back here again in the near future.Absolutely my fav restaurant up till now.

This isn't the only tower we made,in fact there should be two to three more towers along side this if it wasnt for the excellent service by the waitress in cleaning up out table.
