Jesus..made himslef of no reputation..He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death,even the death of the cross. Philippians 2:5,7-8Many a times we get carried away with the world,with the "its all about me song".How many times do we actually sit down and thank God for who we are right now.How many times do we complain more than give thanks?How many times do we ask more then we give?How many times have we lift our chest so high due to oversize ego,thinking, i am who i am because i've worked hard and deserve it,because i'm strong. ..because i'm smarter than the rest..because i'm better prepapred than the rest...because i'm rich and good looking......survival of the fittest,eh!What happens when God finally says" enough is enough," and takes away all your dreams,all your success and all ur achievements so that u would see the bigger picture,would you still be a ble to stand tall?Self-praise is no praise! I myself am guilty of this, and i believe so is the rest of the world.My question is, how much does it take to wake you up,to what length must God go so that he can save u from self damnation?and believe me, God will go to any length just to save you,even if it means taking everything from you,just so you wouldnt walk down the path of self damnation.What good is it for a man to gain the whole world,but forfeit his soul?
